Eleven amps are modelled in the VOX AD100VT with nine standard effects: auto, wah, compressor, phaser, chorus, glanger, tremolo, rotary, delay and reverb. Combining these effects you have a total of eleven effects to choose from. And each effect allows adjustment of several parameters. There's also a Tap button to set delay or modulation speed. The VOX AD100VT Channel Select allows you to save two custom programs, including both amp and effects settings. Enter Manual mode, and the sound you hear will be exactly what the knob setting indicate, just as on a conventional amp. The VOX AD100VT includes a line/headphone jack to connect to a mixer, PA or headphones, with the character of the cabinet added to this signal for greater reality even through heaphones. Also included in the VOX AD100VT are an external speaker output and effect loop jacks for connection with external effects processors. Output wattage is adjustable from 1 to 100 watts in the VOX AD100VT, so you can lower the volume without losing the driven valve amp sound. The optional VOX VFS2 daul foot switch will switch between user programs or bypass the effect. Alternatively the footswitch can activate Manual mode rather than Effect Bypass giving hands free switching between the two user programs and the Manual settings.
